1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by joybet99, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slot machines, arcade and fishing games, and any other gaming products made available through the platform from time to time.

joybet99 operates as an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. The platform currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳), and all financial transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses, and refunds — are processed in BDT.

These Terms should be read alongside the joybet99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional-specific terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to the specific promotion only.

joybet99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of joybet99 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are accessing joybet99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not a professional player exploiting the platform for systematic arbitrage in a manner that violates these Terms.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from joybet99 or had an account closed for rule violations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of joybet99 or any of its affiliated service providers.

joybet99 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request additional identity documentation at any time to confirm compliance with the 18+ requirement. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be suspended pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on joybet99, you must register for an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Each individual may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. joybet99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify joybet99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account information must be kept up to date. joybet99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — to verify identity, address, or payment method at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

• Registration is open to residents of all eight divisions of Bangladesh: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
• Account currency is fixed at Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and cannot be changed after registration.
• joybet99 reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing reasons.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

joybet99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

Deposits are credited to your joybet99 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one hour of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume or where additional verification is required.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension. joybet99 will not process withdrawals to a payment account that does not match the name on the joybet99 account.

joybet99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees. joybet99 bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

joybet99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26).

All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. The full wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• joybet99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if it suspects the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

joybet99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any valid bonus already accepted by a player prior to cancellation will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on joybet99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. joybet99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• joybet99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, where the platform has not offered live in-play markets for that event.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including manifest errors, technical malfunctions, or pricing anomalies — joybet99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. joybet99 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Live casino games (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi tables) are subject to the rules published within the game interface itself, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with general platform rules.
• Slot and arcade game outcomes (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe titles) are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). joybet99 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin, the game round will be resolved based on the outcome recorded by the game server. Stakes will not be returned solely on the basis of a client-side disconnection.

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — follow the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket page. Markets are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on joybet99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any area of the joybet99 platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit betting markets, live casino games, or bonus structures.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by joybet99.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using joybet99 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the joybet99 platform, its software, or its content without express written permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or joybet99 staff via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

joybet99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the joybet99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account handling procedures.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to joybet99.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account — including those seeking self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons — should contact joybet99 support at support@joybet99 via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect across all joybet99 products simultaneously.

joybet99 will retain account records in accordance with its Privacy Policy following account closure, as required by applicable data protection and anti-money-laundering obligations.
